Symptom
The ability to create a commission plan through the partners portal.
Resolution
To create a commission plan through the partners portal, navigate to:
Partners Dashboard > Commission Plan
Click on ‘'Create Commission Plan’'
Fill in the Required fields appearing on the form
Name - The name of the new commission plan
Base Currency - A base currency should be selected (USD, EUR, GDP, etc.). The chosen currency calculation of commissions will take place.
"Is Dynamic" checkbox is off by default which means that commission allocation is set to static, by clicking check mark will appear and commission allocation will be set to dynamic.
Important Note:
Dynamic Distribution: ensures that there is a maximum limit to commission distribution across all partner tiers structure by paying the amount difference between the tiers.
Static Distribution: - Allocation is placed static between different tiers. Each tier receives the exact amount as specified in the tier.
