Symptom
The ‘'Round Robin’' distribution allows the CRM system to assign leads to agents that are in a Pool evenly.
Lead 1 is assigned to user A
Lead 2 is assigned to user B
Lead 3 is assigned to user C,
And that cycle continues until the leads are distributed.
Resolution
To activate/Use the Round Robin, navigate to:
Pool Module
Press on the ‘'New’' button
In the ‘'Lead distribution’' field select ‘'Round Robin’' from the drop down.
Fill in the mandatory fields
Then save
Important note:
1) All Pools are by default places as ‘Default Distribution’ . User can change the option of distribution and place it as ‘'Round Robin’'
2) Once the ‘'Round Robin’' Option is selected the system will hide the ‘Default Agent’ and 'Default Leads' fields.
