This setting allows a user on CRM to disable verification questions that has been created and is reflected on the member area.
To Disable/Remove a verification step, navigate to:
Settings > Verification steps > Step Configuration
Click edit on the step you would like to disable
Status → Disable
Save
Once the status is changed and saved the verification box, it will no longer appear in the member area as shown below:
