Symptom
This setting allows a user on CRM to translate the verification step that has already been created into any other language.
Resolution
To translate a verification step, navigate to:
Settings > Verification Steps > Step Configuration
Translation
User will need to choose the language that the Verification step will be translated into
User will need to add the verification name in the translated language
Save & Close
Important Note:
1) For the languages to appear in the drop down they need to be added by navigating to
Settings > Portal Setting > Details
Add the language(s) and save
This function will also add ‘'flags’' on the member areas as shown below
