Symptom
The ability to import leads to CRM using CSV files.
Resolution
To import leads to CRM using CSV files, navigate to:
Leads > Press on Import

Click or drag CSV file that are saved on your PC to the below shown section

User can choose if they would like the imported leads to go into a specific pool (Optional) and if they want to remove the duplicate files as shown below

Press Import
-
User will automatically be redirected to the below page where you will be able to see the state of their import.

3 different states are:

Successful
-
Initial (Pending)
-
Cancelled
-

Important Note:
1) CRM only identifies if the lead if a duplicates by the E-mail address
2) If you want to upload records that have details in any language aside from English please verify that
your file has UTF8 encoding.
3)It is recommended , to edit the csv using notepad application since excel format does not recognize regional code prefixes (+ or 00) which may cause the phone number to appear as invalid after the csv is imported into CRM. Furthermore, It is also advised to use ''International format'' with ''+'' .
4) CRM will only accept 2 letter country codes (Alpha- 2 codes) for example: US
USA which is 3 letter code will not be accept and the import will not be successful
