And then press ''Add''
Description of the fields:
Mandatory field:
Name: The name of the Pool.
Optional fields:
Default Agent: This automatically assigns the incoming leads which are in that pool to a default agent.
Default Manager: The selected manager can see all the leads which are assign in that pool.
Reference(referral ID) is added to the member area url that the lead registers from. e.g in this example, the lead was referred by agent “X” and registers through this link https://memberarea.forex.com/en/auth/register?referrer=X , The parameter is then passed to the CRM. Since this parameter matches the Pool configuration, this lead is automatically assigned to that specific pool that has ‘'X’' as a reference ID as shown in the image.
Campaign (UTM campaign): This is added to the url that the lead registers from. e.g once the lead lands on the following registration page https://memberarea.forex.com/en/auth/register?utm_campaign=bestCampaign12 , this parameter is then passed to the CRM. Since this parameter matches the Pool configuration, this lead is automatically assigned to that specific pool.
Country: If a country is selected then all leads registering from that country will automatically assigned into that pool.
Tags: This refers to the tags and tag categories that have been added.
Description: option to add a short description that describes the pool.
Archived: Once a pool is archived, it is no longer part of the segmentation process used by the system. E.g. Any URL parameters or country of nationality that segmented leads to the pool will no longer be in effect. However, the archived pool remains visible in the Pools section and enabled at any time.
