Users can use the below methods to call
Allows a user to call a VoIP extension or external phone number using the dialer directly.
User can call a CRM contact by clicking on the phone numbers that appear on these three modules ( Leads, Customer, Contact )
Leads/Customers/Contacts
In this section, users will be able:
To see all the leads/customers/Contacts listed on CRM, that you can tick and call when clicking on the
’' ▶ '' icon
To see the contacts that did not answer when clicking on‘' ↪ '' icon
To multiple select contacts which will allow the phone to call them.automatically one by one. Once the call is ended, failed or not answered the web phone will dial the next number on the list automatically. You can pause and resume the auto dialer mode by using the play and pause button.
History
The ‘'History’' section shows all the calls made in the past by the user.
To open the dialer press on the phone icon on the button right-hand side
To close the dialer press on the phone icon on the button right-hand side of the page or the ‘' x’'

User now has the option to open the keypad during a call and click on any number as shown below:
