Symptom
The ability to add the transaction agent to the grid on the transaction section.
Resolution
To add the transaction agent to the grid on the transaction section, navigate to:
Transaction > Settings
Find ‘' Transaction Agents ’' and tick the box in order to display in the columns
Important Note:
The difference between Agent and Transaction Agents:
Agent: The current agent that the customer is assigned to before a transaction is made
Transaction Agent: The assigned agent after the transaction is made
