Symptom
The ability for a Role to be created on the admin CRM
Resolution
To create a role on the admin CRM, navigate to:
Settings > User management > Roles > New
Fill out the name you want to give that role
Tick the permission you want to grant that role
Save
Important Note:
Role can be granted to more than one user.
