Symptom
The ability for a user to be created on the admin CRM
Resolution
To create a user on the admin CRM, navigate to:
Settings > User management > Users > New
Fill out all required fields
Choose the role you want to grant this user with
Fill out VoIP (if it is being used)
Set the notification this user needs to receive by an email
Important Note:
1) You have to options to generate the password of the user you are creating:
A. Leave it ‘' password’' field empty and a password will be generated automatically and sent to the
users email.
OR
B. Enter a password that will also be sent to the user by email.
2) User can have more than one role
