Symptom
The ability for a user to view the Verification Step status on the Grid of the Customers section.
Resolution
To view the Verification step status on the Grid of the Customers section, navigate to:
Customers > Settings
Users must tick the verification steps that he/she would like to appear in the grid as shown below:
Important Note:
1) Only 'enabled' verification steps will be visible on the Customers grid
2) CRM user must have ‘View Verification Step’ permission for the Verification statuses to be available on the Customers column drop down.
