Symptom
The ability for a user to add VAT and RATEs columns to the invoice table.
Resolution
To filter Add VAT and RATES columns to the invoice table, navigate to:
Settings > Portal > Portal Settings
Ecom
Enable the following : ‘' Display item pricing breakdown’'
Then save
When settings is enabled the invoice will appear as follows:
Important Note
VAT % ,VAT RATE, Rate and Amount columns were added to the invoice table but they depend on
'Display item pricing breakdown'property in Portal settings.
