Symptom
The ability for a user to filter out transactions that are on Initial.
Resolution
To filter out transactions that are on Initial, navigate to:
Transactions > Filters
Status
Equals - Initial
Important Note
a) Since ‘'initial’' is not a completed transaction but just an indication that the client attempted to pay , it will be hidden by default from the grid.
The transaction will only appear once the status is changed from initial to any of the below:
1- Pending
2- Fail
3- Error
4- Cancel
5- Manual Approval
b) Since initial has been added to the status the below filter will no longer be available
