To filter out records from the grids using different operations, navigate to any of the below mentioned

The 4 different filter operations that are available on CRM are:
Contains: Results include only records where the data in the column contains the values in the filter
Equal: Results include only records where the data in the column matches the value in the filter.
Not Equals: Results include only records where the data in the column does not match the value in the filter
Not Contains: Results include only records where the data in the column does not contain any of the values in the filter.
