Symptom
The ability to pay an offer through the admin CRM.
Resolution
To pay a product offer , navigate to:
Ecommerce/Products >Offers
Press on the pencil icon
Then under ‘'Quick Actions’' press on View Invoice
Click on Pay Invoice
Choose a payment methods from the list
Tick on consent box
and then ‘'Pay Now’'
Important Note:
The Pay button will only be available after the payment method is selected and the consent check box is ticked. If he checkbox is not ticked the below error message will appear:
