Symptom
The functionality gives a Admin CRM user the ability to view documents in a gallery view format instead of one by one
Resolution
To view the documents in a gallery view format, navigate to:
Customers > View/Edit > Documents
Press on a document in the preview grid. If the preview grid does not appear then press on the setting of the Grid and tick ‘'Preview’'
Once you click on the image under preview you will be able to:
Slide to the left or right to see the rest of the documents uploaded
Edit the document (expiry, status etc)
Download the document
And archive the document
