This Setting allows a CRM user to identify if their customers verification answers allow them to be approved in order to proceed with their account opening.
To add a new score to a verification question, navigate to:
Settings > Verification steps > Scoring
Press on
new
Add the score you would like
Then add the verification step , field , rule and value
and press Save/ Delete if you change your mind
Here is an example:
Note that you will need to add a new score/rule for each verification question.
To view the a customers scoring points, navigate to:
Customers > View
Click on the score icon and the points will appear as shown below
Important note:
1. If the customers meets the scoring points needed then you can change the status to approved from the verification steps.
2. If the client does not meet the scoring points then you can send him/her the declined email as shown below by navigating to Customers > View
