Symptom
This functionality allows an admin user with the granted permission to export a customers verification step in a PDF format.
Resolution
To export a customers verification steps, navigate to:
Customers > Edit/View > Quick actions
Click on Export Customers Verification step
Then click on Export or Cancel
Important Note:
In order for a user to be able to export the verification steps of a customers the below permission needs to be granted:
Customers → Export Customer Verification Steps
To grant the permission navigate to:
Settings > User management > Role
1. Select the Role that the user is in
2. Ticket the correct permission you would like to grant
3. Press Save
