To view, edit or download all the documents that have been uploaded to the CRM (either from the member area or the admin area), or to upload a new document to a customer’s profile, click on the Documents section on the main sidebar.
Permissions to be granted to a CRM user:

How to
Upload a new Document
There are two ways to upload a new Document:
1st way:
Click the Documents button
Click + New
Fill in the required information
Customer
Type > Verification Document / Other
Language > the language of the document
Expires at > Date
File > upload the file
Description > a short description about the product
Archived > if the product is archived or not
Private > if the product is private or not (*Note: Private documents are not visible to customers)
Click Add
2nd way:
Click the Customers button
Select the customer’s profile you wish to upload the new Document to (click the View - green eye icon - or click on the customer’s name)
Click the Documents tab
Click Create new document
Fill in the required information
Customer

View an existing Document
You can view the following information:
At this point, you are able to edit / download / archive the document. You can also navigate to the Customer’s profile

1st way:
Click the Documents button
Click the View (green eye) button on the Document you wish to view
2nd way:
Click the Customers button
Select the customer’s profile you wish to upload the new Document to (click the View - green eye icon - or click on the customer’s name)
Click the Documents tab
Click the View (green eye) button on the Document you wish to view
Edit an existing Document
To update the status of a Document, change its expiration date or description, archive it or set it as private, follow the steps below:
1st way:
Click the Documents button
Click Edit (blue pencil shaped button) on the Document you wish to amend
Make the required changes
Click Save
2nd way:
Click the Customers button
Select the customer’s profile (click on the View - green eye icon - or click on the customer’s name)
Click the Documents tab
Click Edit (blue pencil shaped button) on the Document you wish to amend
Make the required changes
Click Save
Download an existing Document
1st way:
Click the Documents button
Click the Download (arrow) button on the Document you wish to download
2nd way:
Click the Customers button
Select the customer’s profile you wish to download the new Document from (click the View - green eye icon - or click on the customer’s name)
Click the Documents tab
Click the Download (arrow) button on the Document you wish to download
Filter Documents
Click the Documents button
Click the Filter icon. You can filter the products by:
Customer
File Name
Expiry Date > date range
Date Created > date range
Status > Pending Approval / In Review / Approved / Expired / Private / Archived
