When the login wizard is enabled in Admin CRM, it appears every time an end-user logs in to the Members Area and prompts them to complete the wizard as configured (for example, to complete verification). When the verification process is complete the login wizard will no longer appear to the end-user.
The login wizard can be disabled by clicking on the ‘X' and enabled again by clicking on the 'Verification’ button as shown below.
When a verification process has been completed, the background color of the process number changes to GREEN to indicate the ‘Successful’ status of the specific verification step.
The system will automatically proceed with the next verification step.
Completed Login Wizard
Once the end-user completes the entire verification processes successfully, the login wizard is completed and the 'Verification' button will no longer be visible on the navigation bar.
Important notes:
The end-users who have already completed the login wizard, will not be asked to complete any additional processes added by CRM Administrator in the future.
Any additional process steps that are added to the login wizard, will only affect new customers. The new steps will not be visible to existing customers that have not completed the login wizard, .
Ordering of Login Wizard
When configuring the login wizard the CRM administrator can decide the sequence that the end-user needs to complete each verification step. This sequence cannot be skipped.
Important notes:
Reordering of process steps happens in real-time and affects both new customers and existing customers who have not completed the login wizard.
