This guide demonstrates how to configure the Menus that are visible in the Member Area.
Navigate to Settings > Portal > Menus
*Note: You must create a separate Menu for each language provided in the Member Area.
Firstly, note that there are different kinds of menus:
The image below shows where each Menu is visible:
Main Menu
Wallet Menu
Profile Menu
Footer Menu
Tools Menu
Payment Methods Menu
Required Permissions

How to
Create a New Menu
Navigate to Settings > Portal > Menus
Select the type of the Menu (Main / Wallet / Profile / Footer / Tools / Payment Methods)
Select the Language
Click + New
Fill in the details listed below:
Label > The name of the Menu that will be seen in the Member Area
Type > one of the below:
Internal = available CRM internal pages that the customer will be redirected to
External = any external page
Widget = iFrame, i.e Web Trader
Provider
URL > The URL of the content that will be shown in this Menu
Provider > will be required in case the Type = Provider
Widget Code > will be required in case the Type = Widget / Provider
Icon (not mandatory)
Link Target > one of the below:
Blank = loads link in a new tab
Self = loads link in current page
Parent = loads link into the parent frame
Top = loads link into the browser window, replacing any current frames
Self Full Page = opens link in current page within the CRM
Status > Enable / Disable
Minimum Deposit > If you set the value to more than 0 (zero) then the customer won’t be able to see this Menu, unless he/she deposits at least that amount of funds.
Press Save
Edit an existing Menu
Navigate to Settings > Portal > Menus
Select the type of the Menu (Main / Wallet / Profile / Footer / Tools / Payment Methods)
Select the Language
Click Edit (pencil shaped button)
Amend the information mentioned above
Click Save
Delete an existing Menu
Navigate to Settings > Portal > Menus
Select the type of the Menu (Main / Wallet / Profile / Footer / Tools / Payment Methods)
Select the Language
Click on Delete (bin shaped button)
Confirm that you wish to delete the Menu
Filter existing Menus
Navigate to Settings > Portal > Menus
Select the type of the Menu (Main / Wallet / Profile / Footer / Tools / Payment Methods)
Select the Language
Click on the Filter icon. You can filter by:
Label
URL
Status
