Symptom
Any third party integration with Impact CRM requires an API Key.
Resolution
To create a new API key, navigate to:
Settings > System >User Management
Click on API key
Click on NEW
Fill out the required information
Click on Save
Once the information has been saved an API key will be created like this example:
