Symptom
Payment service providers restrict a payment option from appearing under the wallet section when the customers has not specified their address during verification.
Resolution
To enable/disable the warning message that appears during a deposit when the address has not been specified, navigate to:
Settings > Portal >Portal Settings
Navigate to the deposit tab
Go to ‘'Display the warning message during deposits in case no address is specified by the customer’'
Enable/Disable the functionality
and press on Save
Message will appear as follows:
