10015 - How to replace a logo on a template

Symptom

How to replace the default Impact CRM logo on a template with another logo.

Resolution

To change a logo on a template navigate to :

Settings > Portals > Emails

1. Layouts

2. Press the design button (Brush icon)

3. Replace the section of code shown below with the new logo url

4. Click on Save

Important Note

1. White background - use the dark logo

2. Dark Background - use the light logo
