Symptom
Ability for a user to To restrict customers from signing up from specific countries through the Member Area.
Resolution
To add restricted countries you need to navigate to:
Settings > Portal Settings
Click on the ‘'Customers’' tab
Go to ‘'Restricted counties'' and add the countries you would like to restrict from registering through the member area
Save
Important note:
This is the error message the customers will received:
‘'Unfortunately, we cannot accept registrations from the selected country’'
