Restrict to allowed currencies
When enabled both end-users using the Members Area and agents using the Admin Area have to pick the specified currencies instead of the default full list of currencies.
Automatically Approve First Deposit
When enabled first time deposits made with a credit card are automatically approved when end-users make their first deposit.
Max Credit Card Deposit Daily
This enables an administrator to set the maximum daily amount an end-user can deposit into their account using a credit card.
Max Credit Card Deposit Instant
This enables an administrator to set the maximum amount an end-user can deposit into their account during a single transaction using a credit card.
Max Transactions per Day
This enables an administrator to set the maximum number of deposits an end-user can make into their account in one day using a credit card.
Max Bank Deposit Instant
This enables an administrator to set the maximum amount an end-user can deposit into their account during a single transaction using the bank payment method.
Max Bank Deposit Daily
This enables an administrator to set the maximum daily amount an end-user can deposit into their account using the bank payment method.
Min Credit Card Deposit Instant
This enables an administrator to set the minimum amount an end-user can deposit into their account during a single transaction using a credit card.
Min Bank Deposit Instant
This enables an administrator to set the minimum amount an end-user can deposit into their account during a single transaction using the bank payment method.
Send Payment Receipt
When enabled an email is automatically sent following a successful deposit response from the Payment Service Provider (PSP). The customer payment receipt email template can be found in Settings>Emails>Customers Templates.
Show Risk Warning
Having the Risk Warning configuration enabled the system provided a Text Area for the administrator to provide the warning message for the end-user. This is shown on the footer of the page when the user logs in to the Members Area.
Risk Warning
When enabled an Administrator can announce a Risk Warning message to end-users.
Suggested Deposit Amounts
An administrator can enter a suggested deposit figure which will appear in the ‘Amount’ field when an end-user is in Wallet>Deposit.
Display warning message during deposits in case no address is specified by the customer
When enabled by an administrator Impact CRM checks to see if the end-user has provided an address during verification and sends a warning message that the end-user needs to provide their address details before making a deposit when in Wallet>Deposit.
Base Currency
An administrator can set the Base currency which is displayed on all the calculated columns in Admin Area, and figures in dashboards in the Members Area and Stats on the Admin Area.
Additionally, depending on the configuration in Settings>Menu in the Admin Area the deposit amount is automatically converted to Base currency and this amount is compared to the minimum deposit amount.
Enabled Platforms
When enabled an administrator chooses which platforms are available to the end-users in the Members Area at Trading Accounts>Add Account.
